Sounds expensive…. I have to buy 3 different types of flour for which I only need less than 1/2 cup each.
Not sure which recipe you meant to comment under, but having three flours in the house (at least!) is pretty common for those of us who need to be gluten free. The recipe may not be for you if you don’t need to follow a GF lifestyle!
