Treadmill Workouts While Pregnant {or not}

I’ve enjoyed the elliptical while pregnant immensely, but I did use the treadmill as well. I also completed one race while pregnant — the Hollidaysburg Turkey Trot 5 miler — around 23 weeks along. I continued to run until about 25 weeks pregnant, but the pelvic pressure just became too much.

Alexander John Heddleston

Xander was born Thursday, March 15, 2012 at 1:18 am, weighing 6 pounds 8 ounces and 19.75 inches in length. Edited to add: we went to Xander’s first pediatricians appointment on Monday and his length is actually 18 3/8ths inches. What a little peanut!!
