My commitment is to actually incorporate running into my exercise and dieting routine—what a perfect way to kick off this year by doing a run on day 1 of 2013 in Cleveland! I also commit to stick to an exercise routine and of course PORTION CONTROL!

My commitment for 2013 is to continue to exercise and eat a healthier diet.

I’d love to run in DC! My 2013 commitment is to get super healthy and running 30 races! Bring on 2013!!

  6. 6

I love when races are in Philadelphia. :) My commitment this year is to make me aware of the better version of myself inside me. That sounds fru-fru, maybe. But I’m really excited about it!!

    Shannon Howell says:

My commitment is to eat healthier in 2013 and get on a more regular exercise schedule! Also, I would like to cook more healthy meals at home rather than ordering out.

  8. 8

My commitment is to eat clean in 2013, return to running and regular workouts. Also to get my family involved so that we can all succeed in reaching our goals.

  9. 9

Oh fun! The LA race is like 10 minutes from where we live! I definitely can’t run a 5k right now (hahaha have you seen how huge my belly is?) but I can walk it :) I was actually just talking to my hubby about our commitments and plans for 2013, I hope to figure out this mothering 3 children thing and then commit to a good workout routine. I’m also committing to cooking more often and healthier meals for the family :) especially now that the little ones are eating and I need to teach them good habits…not my pregnancy lazy habits that I’ve slipped in to 😉

  10. 10

My commitment is to following my training plan more closely and run a sub-2 half marathon!

  11. 11

I want to come up with a few big monthly goals, like drinking water instead of soda, or commit to a mile a day for a month. I don’t want to say come up with 12 goals for 12 months, but something like that. I also set a goal to lose 5 pounds/month in 2012 and it didn’t happen. In 2013, I want to focus on realistic weight loss goals. So, I’m aiming for 2.5 pounds per month.

  12. 12

Oh my gosh, I’m so bummed! I thought they were doing this in Boston!

  13. 13

My commitment for 2013 is to run 2 half marathons. Would love to start the year running in Dallas. :)

  14. 14

My commitment is to train for a run a 10k. I ran my first 5K last year and need a new challenge. I also want to finish removing all processed foods from my diet and eat cleaner!!!

  15. 15

My commitment is to make healthy eating a way of life and to keep moving.

  16. 16

I commit to eating cleaner and healthier to make the right lifestyle changes not a fad or diet changes. I also commit to having more faith in myself, because if I don’t believe in me, who will.

    RaNesha Wilson says:

My 2013 Commitment is to completed my 5 Day Cleanse with no distractions.

  18. 18

2013….I commit to clean eating and finishing marathon training! February 2013 I will become a marathoner!

  19. 19

My commitment is to actually incorporate running into my exercise and dieting routine. I started off 2012 by loosing 25 lbs but reverted back to the weight I started the 2012. I’m committed to shedding the weight and getting in shape for a Spring/Summer vacation in Key West.
