Workout Wrap 6/18-6/24

Monday

  • Unplanned rest day. I was having some knee pain and then some stomach issues started to arise. It was a frustrating time.

Tuesday

  • Stroller workout! There’s a group of us within our mom group that like to walk on Tuesday mornings, but reentry we’ve started doing a bootcamp style workout during our laps around Rio. We did a total of 5 laps for 3.8 miles. The first lap was a warm up… the next three included the bootcamp exercises (using our strollers, park benches, water fountain, etc)… and the last lap was a cool down with stretching. So fun! I hope to make a video of some of the exercises.

Wednesday

  • 30 minutes Just Dance

  • Bikini Body Express: Malibu



Friday

  • 30 minutes Just Dance

Saturday

  • Bikini Body Express: Ibiza



Sunday

  • Mostly a rest day. Had a small walk along the Potomac though.

    I’ve never heard of the Bikini Body Express workouts. Interesting…. I’m still hooked on the Jillian Michael’s DVDs. Maybe when I get over those I’ll move onto a bikini body!
