We are getting a Wegmans in Germantown, but it won’t be ready until beginning of 2013! I’m wondering if it’s going to be two-storied like yours — I’ve never seen one like that before!

Now I need to find a gluten-free alternative for bread crumbs for you!
For other recipes I’ve used smashed gluten free cereals as well as corn meal. I’ll see what works with your recipe! I’m excited and I think John will love them too — perfect for lunches!
