Workout Wrap 6/11 – 6/17

I’m starting a new series!! Doing these posts will help keep my accountable with my workouts and I’m loving vlogging. Hopefully you enjoy it too!

Monday

  • 30 minutes Just Dance
  • 10 second planks x 8 with 10 second rest in between
  • 20 (knee) pushups in 1 minute






Tuesday

  • 30 minutes Just Dance



Wednesday

  • Walk to the bank and back while wearing Xander in the Bjourn
  • Basically a rest day

Thursday

  • 10 second planks x 8 with 10 second rest in between
  • 14 (knee) pushups in 1 minute (better form than Monday though)

Friday

  • 3 mile walk around Rio while pushing stroller
  • 30 minute Just Dance
  • Valslides: workout 1 circuit 1 x2 (omitted pushups)



Saturday

  • ~1.5 mile walk while wearing Xander in the Bjourn
  • Unplanned rest day due to little mister’s crankiness

Sunday

  • Bikini Body Express Challenge (I’ll be explaining this more soon!)
