I’m starting a new series!! Doing these posts will help keep my accountable with my workouts and I’m loving vlogging. Hopefully you enjoy it too!
Monday
- 30 minutes Just Dance
- 10 second planks x 8 with 10 second rest in between
- 20 (knee) pushups in 1 minute
Tuesday
- 30 minutes Just Dance
Wednesday
- Walk to the bank and back while wearing Xander in the Bjourn
- Basically a rest day

Thursday
- 10 second planks x 8 with 10 second rest in between
- 14 (knee) pushups in 1 minute (better form than Monday though)
Friday
- 3 mile walk around Rio while pushing stroller
- 30 minute Just Dance
- Valslides: workout 1 circuit 1 x2 (omitted pushups)
Saturday
- ~1.5 mile walk while wearing Xander in the Bjourn
- Unplanned rest day due to little mister’s crankiness
Sunday
- Bikini Body Express Challenge (I’ll be explaining this more soon!)
