Alo Clothing Review and Giveaway

I am so excited for this review and giveaway today because not only are Alo’s clothes stylish and comfy, their company has a great mission as well. Thank you Alo!!!!

Alo Photoshoot.

In addition to checking out the main Alo site, this photoshoot is pretty fun to watch! I got so excited when I saw my sample clothing be photographed!

My Samples.

1. Mesh inset Capri: Anatomically placed mesh insets provide ventilation. Ergonomic seaming flatters and enhances performance. Coolfit, Antimicrobial and Stretchflex technologies. Retail value: $50.

2. Modern Hoodie: A drapey hoodie to pull over with a long ribbed sleeve and rib banded bottom is a comfy must have to wear anywhere. Retail value: $64.

My Thoughts

These capris are the most comfortable workout pants I’ve ever tried on. I tested them on all three cardio machines in the apartment gym: stationery bike, elliptical and treadmill. I’d really like for Cleveland weather to warm up so I can take them on a little jaunt outside, but I know that won’t happen. I foresee these capris being my go to spring and fall pant.

Now the hoodie. The hoodie is sooo comfy and so cute. I also love how long the sleeves are and the fact that there is a thumb hole. As a freeze baby my hands really appreciate it! I definitely foresee this hoodie being my go-to comfy shirt as well as a cover up for the gym and a cool top option for walks on a chilly night.

And just to let you know, my hoodie is a size medium and capris a size large. I probably could have taken a smaller size in each, but it’s better to be little big than a little tight!

On top of the Modern Hoodie- which is a definite love- I also love with the ALO Warm Up Hoodie in the “fire” color! As an instructor I am always looking for cute outerwear that I can teach in as well. The bright color would definitely perk me up here in NYC on these dreary winter days!
