I’ve been procrastinating on informing you all on what Mr. Healthy + I did before we traveled back to Ohio from Niagara on the Lake. There is just a lot of information and I wanted to do it right! I’ve decided that this post will just wet your appetite with pictures from the estate. So, what did we do? We stopped at a winery for a nice tour! There are tons + tons of wineries throughout Niagara on the Lake and along the Niagara Parkway, but we passed this one a lot during our weekend travels and felt compelled to stop here on the way out of town!
The Peller company started in the 1920′s when Andrew Peller moved from Hungary to Canada. In 1961 he started making wine. The Peller Estates pictured above was built in 2001, holds 25 acres of grapes, and creates 3 red wines / 2 white wines. The company is now run by 3rd generation John Peller. Below are more pictures of the Peller Estates grounds.
As you can see the estate is gorgeous and during the wine tour we were definitely on picture overload. Part 2 will be featuring the grapes! I will talk about why Niagara is such a great growing place for grapes and more. Part 3 will feature wine barrels and wine tasting. I hope you enjoy!

Absolutely gorgeous!!! I love wine tours & vineyards. My favorite by far is Childress Vineyards, but maybe that’s because it was the first one I ever visited
Ohh where is Childress Vineyards? In the Niagara area?
Believe it or not we drove around Niagara checking out all the wineries, including Pellar! Did you see the corkscrew wall? That was pretty cool.
Although it would have been nice to go this time of year, we went in the dead of winter!
Definitely cool!! Yeah we went about two weeks ago during our Anniversary and the weather was just perfect!!
How pretty! And what a beautiful day!
Absolutely beautiful! I took a wine tour once in Napa Valley and loved it! Who knew it was such a complicated process?
We are actually getting married at a winery because they are so gorgeous. Can’t wait to hear about the rest of your trip!
Oh wow, I can’t wait to see all the wedding recap and gorgeous photos!!
