Look what’s cookin’

Time for the other white meat: pork! I seasoned up some pork tenderloins with onion, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and jerk seasoning. I actually was the griller this time and they turned out delicious!

Paired with applesauce with cinnamon and a side salad of organic greens with herbs, diced tomato, a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese, and a drizzle of Good Seasoning’s Italian Dressing, this dinner made for the perfect summer meal.

    Yummers! Last night I had an awesome pork chop actually. From a place called the Branding Iron in Greenfield, IN. It was cooked on the grill and served with Mac n’ Cheese and Baked Beans. (Of course there were other sides if you wanted something other than those 2 sides).
